Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it through your account dashboard.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and payment details for assistance.

Shipping & Returns:

1. What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below that, a small delivery fee may apply based on your location.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged book?

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
