Returns & Exchanges
As a standard practice, we do not accept returns of products once an order has been successfully delivered. Due to the nature of our educational products—often tailored to specific age groups or learning needs—we are unable to accommodate return requests arising from personal preferences, change of mind, or ordering errors.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy.
- We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue and the packaging.
- The workbook must be unused and in its original condition.
- Once approved, we will replace the product with the same workbook.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancelled orders before dispatch will get a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are given only if:
- The product is out of stock, or
- A replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be provided through a bank transfer or a credit note.
Not Covered
- Wrong product ordered by customer (wrong age group, subject, edition).
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Minor variations in printing, color, or design.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners.
